He said it was the only aide he recommends for purchase, even though there are many, many types on the market. I keep it attached to a spare club. This aid helps me focus on a flat left wrist at the top of my backswing. Then, it helps me develop lag by remaining in contact with my forearm during my downswing. In the follow thru, it helps keep my swing on-plane by coming back in contact with my forearm.I buy training aids & do drills to improve my game.
