I have been using DevaCurl Angell for years and thought it was great. It appears that the manufacturers have changed the formulation and rebranded the product Angel(now it's watery and, to my mind, ineffective). I hoped that a third-party seller would have leftover stock and placed an order here - but I received the new formulation. Misleading description, ineffective product.

I'm not sure if this product was watered down by the vendor "Future City plus beauty, Inc" which now appears on Amazon as "Beauty Best Supply" (I find this recent name change shady given what I am describing in this comment) but the product in the DevaCurl Angell 32 ounce bottle I received was different from the original product of which I have been a regular user for the past couple of years. What I received seemed very watered down - significantly more liquidy and thin in consistency and not gel-like. I spent about $29 dollars for this product and was disappointed in the quality and I will be wary of buying this product through Amazon again.

I have wavy hair, and this really brings out the waviness in it--without making my hair stiff and crunchy as some other products do. I highly recommend this product.
