After buying one USED from Amazon (because the product has been temporarily pulled from stores as they fix their support systems, i.e., website, syncing issues, among others). I can unequivocally state that the system is very easily used ONCE you get it up and running.THAT seems to be problem for most people who lack the computer savvy to get this baby up and running. If you are a bit of a tech type, you will have NO issues.
