Today I tested these shorts as my base layer for running. This was actually tagged as a volley ball short when received. I love the feel wearing these shorts. I actually like them just a tad more than the UA Team Girl Shorts. They compress just as well, but with less pressure, and they are lighter in weight.The test and condition. I'm a Male at 5'9" weight has dropped to 226lbs, waist still at 38. This time I jogged 4 miles in 39 min indoor at 74 degrees on the elliptical. Shorts felt awesome the entire jog, and stayed 100% in contact with my body. Shorts stayed in place, no riding up or sliding down in the rear. They actually felt lighter, and cooler than the other mentioned. That is why I jogged the extra mile, I felt great. They did not however wicker away as much moisture as the UA Team Girl short, but on the other hand I also was able to jog an extra mile. I would say over 90% moisture was still wickered away. No... Bought these for my daughter. They seem to run a little small, unfortunately. She usually wears a medium, but these were too tight for comfort she said. The fabric felt wonderfully soft and she said she would have loved them had they been a little bigger. So I would just recommend ordering a size bigger than you normally would for these.
