This one is no exception, it has everything that you love about them and more. This album represent to me the summum of their talents. You have songs with electronic and guitars perfectly balanced and some songs played very melodic with some darkness. It is very theatrical with the deep voice of their lead singer and sometimes forceful with the female lead. If you like intelligent electronic music with strong melodies and a little gothic atmosphere, this one is for you, highly recommended! With a new, more robust lineup, coupled with the inclusion of live guitars, La Parade Monstrueuse feels like a more cohesive album, and is better for it. In fact, the only album that I enjoy better than this one is Holy, which to me will always be the pinnacle of ISC's career.Though there have been a few changes, there are some things you know you can count on with a new ISC album, including strong production values, fantastic artwork, and engaging lyrics. These are all in full effect here, and the bonus CD that comes with the limited edition is the icing on the cake.
