3.0 out of 5 stars Customer Help - Forget About It !, November 18, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
This review is from: Wild Game Innovations Pulse 10D Dual Flash Digital Scouting Camera (Sports)
Camer takes good pictures , but is very sensitive , to the point that I couldn't put it up where I wanted to because the sun was setting it off , and beware to set the delay feature or your camera will take 3400 pictures in 2 days like mine did .
BUT CONSUMER HELP - FORGET ABOUT IT ! You can't reach anyone .

3.0 out of 5 stars My D10 Experience updated, November 26, 2011
This review is from: Wild Game Innovations Pulse 10D Dual Flash Digital Scouting Camera (Sports)
The good: The camera works very well in detecting animals at night. It triggers at over 60 feet and I've been able to identify pronghorn at over 60 feet.
The video and still options are very good. I found that 15sec videos work best for me. The trigger time has the animal in the center of the screen when it starts
recording. I don't know if the pre-trigger sensors do any good or not. I haven't used any other units. I only use IR flash. The audio in videos is very good. I've captured coyotes in my yard howling and when I play it back my dogs start barking.
The bad: Documentation is poor. The power button leaves you guessing if it is on or off. (I really dislike this)The videos are poor quality on Reg setting. I've had better success with the HD setting. However the video length changed to 3-5 seconds (at night) vs the 15sec I programmed. The "D" batteries are difficult to get out. You have to pry out the first one then beat on the unit to get the other to slide down and... Read more

1.0 out of 5 stars not user friendly and the operation guide is horrible, November 25, 2011
This review is from: Wild Game Innovations Pulse 10D Dual Flash Digital Scouting Camera (Sports)
just bought the camo version of this unit. the user guide was horrible. it doesnt tell you anything anout how the camera operates. it does not have an off button, you have to actual remove the batteries. the SD card was defective and locked the camera up several times. with a different known good SD card I was able to get i to operate. I tested it outside by running past it in the dark, it ould take the picture after I was passed it. not impressed with this camera at all. I will be taking it back tomorrow.
